Who we are

Treeline Leadership is a training program operated by Kimmik. This policy covers treeline-leadership.com, treeline.kimmik.ca, and kimmik.ca, plus our course platform at courses.treeline-leadership.com. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@kimmik.ca.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• What you give us directly — your name and email if you join our waitlist, submit a contact form, or register for a course. Course registration and payment are handled by our course platform (Kajabi), which has its own privacy practices for that data.
• What we collect automatically — through cookies and similar technology, described below.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors are coming from, and general device/browser information. This helps us improve the site and the program itself. We don't use cookies for advertising or sell any data to third parties.

Your choice is honoured before any analytics cookie is set: when you first visit, we ask whether it's okay to turn on analytics cookies. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can change your mind at any time:

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under Google's own privacy policy, and is retained according to the retention settings on our Google Analytics account.

How we use your information

• To respond to waitlist sign-ups and contact form submissions
• To understand and improve how the site and course content are used
• To send you information you've asked for (e.g. course updates, if you've joined the waitlist) — we don't add you to marketing email without your consent

Third parties we work with

• Google Analytics — site usage analytics (consent-gated, see above)
• Kajabi — hosts our course platform, checkout, and course-related email; governed by Kajabi's privacy policy for anything that happens on courses.treeline-leadership.com

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@kimmik.ca. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law (for example PIPEDA in Canada, or GDPR if you're in the UK/EU) — we'll honour requests under whichever law applies to you.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes meaningfully. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
